Raul brings over 18 years of experience to the mechanical team in our Toronto studio. As team lead, he is dedicated to delivering high-quality service focused on energy efficiency. Raul is skilled in reducing the operational maintenance of every built space while staying within the project budget. Raul’s approach is founded on solid engineering principles that make use of technology and optimization to drive change in our industry.

Teamwork, collaboration, and integration are the founding principles of Raul’s leadership style. He believes that listening, empowering, and challenging each other is the best way to steer his team towards a common goal.

A desire to bring sustainability and community wellbeing to the built environment underscores all of Raul’s work, while energy use intensity (EUI) and carbon reduction are as crucial as the project budget. He works with high-performance buildings and integrated smart building concepts to achieve these project goals.

Raul is a self-professed tech geek who enjoys spending his free time exploring Toronto on foot, brunching with family and friends, challenging himself in spin class, or shopping for his next cool pair of shoes.
